EFFECT OF ELECTROSTATIC FIELD ON SOYBEAN SEED GERMINATION PARAMETARS

The aim of this study was to examine the influence electrostatic fields on seed vigor, mean rate germination and coefficient velocity five soybean genotypes. Testing conducted at Novi Sad Institute Field Vegetable Crops seeds varieties: Sava, NS 2024, 1347, 3127, Blackstar. were exposed different values direct current (DC) following voltage: 0 V (control), 3 V, 6 9 which for min 1 min. After exposing electric field, vigour index (VI), (MGR) (CVG). results show that effect field vigour, depends genotype, voltage exposure time. application DC can be a suitable method improving In addition, indicate it is necessary adjust treatment (voltage duration seeds) particular since inadequate treatments may deteriorate quality seeds.
